Broken heart, hurt and loneliness are three perfect ingredients, which, when mixed together, make our lives dull and miserable. These three things can easily take over our lives and once part of our lives we can see nothing but unhappiness. Very little do we know that we can become happy again and learn to appreciate the feeling of love again through love affirmations. A love affirmation is a simple statement that we continually say to ourselves, which, over time, can help to bring about permanent changes in our lives.

Love affirmations help us to rediscover the love we have lost. An affirmation is a thought that we have during the day which is directly linked to our sub-consciousness. These love affirmations guide our sub-consciousness into a certain direction which can either have positive or negative effective.

To bring about a change in our lives through love affirmation we first need to start thinking positively and wave a good-bye to all our negative thoughts which leads to a unhappy life in the first place. For example instead of ‘nobody loves me’ start thinking ‘everybody loves me’. The key behind reuniting with love is to start loving yourself in the first place and feel confident about you. Adopting a positive love affirmation about yourself such as ‘I was born out of love’ can be very helpful in helping you regain your self esteem after a breakup or a rough fight.

Secondly change your attitude towards others. Respect their feelings and think that everyone deserves love just like you do. Once you adopt this love affirmation, love will find you. You will no longer see life as miserable but will find it to be filled with love.

Wording used in love affirmation is of great significance. Only use words that are simple and can be easily accepted by your mind, only then will power of love affirmations work. Preferably try to use word ‘love’ when making use of a love affirmation. Something along the lines of ‘I am worth loving’ or ‘I will find my true love’ or ‘I am committed to loving …’ are all good examples of love affirmations.

Love affirmation can not only be used to find love for yourself but it is also about discovering God’s love. For example thinking ‘I will love others as extensions of my own Self, and of the love I feel from God.’ will draw you nearer to God and His universal love.

Love affirmation also helps you understand your companion and builds a strong bond between couples. Even to find romance you first need to find your inner-love which can only be achieved through love affirmation.

Love affirmation can also be used to draw ourselves closer towards nature. Learn to love nature and most importantly spend time with nature more often. Try thinking about good things such as ‘I love the smell of fresh flower’ or ‘I feel refreshed’.

To get used to love affirmation, note down any positive thought you have during the day maybe on a piece of card or whichever way is convenient to you. During initial stages of love affirmation technique we might get negative thoughts as well. Note these negative affirmations as well and at the end of each day try replacing them with something more fruitful thought. Review your affirmations twice a day to have a maximum effect of love affirmation. Initially it takes time to step out of a dark miserable world but once you succeed in taking a step nothing can stop you and with the help from repeated love affirmations you will ultimately stop at nothing but love.

New Direction For the Family Farm

New Direction For the Family Farm

The past 100 years have seen the demise of the diversified family farm and the movement to factory mono-culture farming in the United States. Changes in the American economy over the last year may become a driving force pushing this trend in reverse, however. The price of fuel in particular may cause the return to smaller scale operations that are more human labor intensive, less industrial, and as a result more sustainable.

The old fashioned family farm typically relied heavily on human and animal labor and less on large fuel driven equipment. Crops and livestock were diversified and rotated with seasonal variation. Markets were local or at least regional meaning that produce and product required less travel to sale and were delivered fresher.

With the increase in farmers markets, community supported agriculture and organic farming we are seeing an interest in returning to this kind of farming. Consumers are increasingly wanting to know where their food is grown and buy it locally. They want to know that their producers treat their livestock humanely and that sound ecological practices protect the land resources.

My ranch is an example of this switch. I raise bucking bred cattle on a small ten acre spread in northern Michigan. Our operation also involves chickens and donkeys which have roles in an integrated livestock operation. The chickens provide insect control but also produce eggs. The donkeys serve as pasture guards against predators but their manure is composted along with that of the cattle for fuel and fertilizer.

We do not crop our feed or hay or straw but buy this from other small local producers in the area. This intertwines our effort with the neighborhood farms and ranches. There are no monster tractors on our place. Human labor is what makes this place go. In our area of the country we have a lack of jobs so this is not a problem. My husband has been laid off from his factory position so he has plenty of time to work the ranch.

In the coming months as we work to rebuild this country I think this model will be seen as more appropriate in scale for much of our agricultural quilt. Luckily, there are still some centennial farms around to serve as mentors for how diversified multicultural farming works.

Everyday people use positive affirmation statements to correct bad habits, stop smoking, or become more confident to attract the opposite sex. But did you know there’s a right way and wrong way to use affirmations?

Used in the right way, affirmations can be a key component to helping you replace limiting beliefs and habits, that hold you back from living a fulfilling and happy life. If used in the wrong way, the likelihood of successful results goes down dramatically.

Here are 5 common mistakes people make when using positive affirmations:

1. They use future tense – Affirmation statements are more effective if they are used in the present tense. Instead of starting phrases with “I will” or “I might,” it’s better to start your affirmations with phrases like “I can” or “I am.” That simple switching of words shifts your focus to the ‘feeling’ of having or experiencing something now, rather than projecting into the future.

2. They exclude using “I” – you’ve probably seen this technique used in movies, when the character repeats an affirmation in front of a mirror. They’ll say something like, “You are a confident person inside and out.” Think how much more powerful this would be if they said, “I am a confident person inside and out.” Using “I” instead of “you” helps to internalize it even more.

3. They focus on too many affirmations at one time – Applying too many affirmations at one time has diminishing effects. Especially for anyone who’s new to using positive affirmations. Too many affirmations can be too much stimulus for your system, which can result in the feeling of being overwhelmed. Instead, focus on one or two, get those down, then move on to more. Think one affirmation at a time.

4. They don’t practice often enough – Repetition is key when forming new habits, or new ways of thinking, which is what you’re doing when you’re using affirmations. At a bare minimum affirmation statements should be performed once a day. If you want the best results, perform your affirmation first thing when you wake up, a couple of times throughout the day, and once immediately before going to sleep.

5. They get stuck when creating affirmations – With information basically at your fingertips in today’s age, it’s easier than ever to come up with that perfect affirmation. You’ll come across plenty of sites that list affirmations, if you do a search online. Pick one or two. Use them as is, or modify them to fit your needs, and move on. The point is to move in the direction of what you want, which is positive change.

Using positive affirmations in the right way can result in a life full of fun and enjoyment. Avoid the mistakes most people make with affirmation statements, and you’ve won half the battle.

Here’s a list of positive affirmations you can use to jump-start your progress. Take a look at them over at: http://www.harmonicthinking.com/list-of-positive-affirmations-6-simple-affirmations-that-add-years-to-your-life/

Affirmations get a bad rap by many in the areas of personal growth and development, and at the same time by others are touted as the magic to changing your life. There are those who tell you that using affirmations is THE way to changing your thinking thus changing your life, and others who say they are a useless waste of time.

Here I will attempt to clarify and set straight the place and value of affirmations in your self improvement efforts to change and grow in your life. The topic of affirmations fits into what I call “A fine line.” There is a fine line between going too far one way or the other. To get the value from something you must find the “fine line” place in the middle, too far one way or the other, and you loose it. And so it is with affirmations.

First, some of the misconception comes from people grasping for the quick fix. We all know how we can easily read into something what we want. And that what most people are looking for is the quickest, easiest way to make changes in their life, which does really not exist.

All related factors must be addressed to realize real results. Affirmations do play a role in your overall self development and growth but are certainly not the only tool that must be used to get the results you want. Affirmations alone will not bring about the major change in life some believe, on the other hand they are not totally worthless as many others make them out to be.

Much of what is taught in the personal growth and development field is just part of the story. Where someone has focused on one or even a few aspects of what is involved and highlighting just those parts, which gives the impression that, that is all there is. Yes, in short change it is simple, but there are many ‘between the lines’ aspects that come into play, and one of these is affirmations.

It’s easy to allow ourselves to get consumed with one aspect of life development when our focus is on just one element, which is the case with many books and trainings. It is good to study and focus on one aspect if this is something specifically you feel you need to learn and user, but don’t forget about the whole picture.

Now those who say that just using affirmations will fix your life, seem to ‘forget’ about the aspects of action, among other things, which we can’t escape as we are in this physical reality. Yes, your thoughts and your feelings play a crucial role in how you manage and develop your life, but that’s not all. You must take appropriate actions, it’s your job, your design here in this physical reality we enjoy. If we weren’t suppose to be involved physically why are we here?

And, those who say affirmations are worthless are missing out on a powerful tool that has some purpose when one is working on their thinking. And, yes, your thinking is absolutely critical as everything revolves around it. I think why some people look down on the use of affirmations comes from their reaction to others who say that affirmations are all you need. But this all or nothing reaction does not serve anyone well.

Here are some ways that affirmations are useful in your self improvement work:

* Affirmations help set your tone. Your overall attitude and feeling will affect what you think about. It affects how you act and interact with others. It virtually colors your day. Using affirmations will help direct your daily tone.

* Affirmations help keep your thinking positive – on what you want and away from what you don’t want. If affirmations serve no other purpose for you than this, it makes them well worth using, if all you do is use affirmations to replace unwanted thinking with desirable thinking you have won big. A critical part of change is to learn to stop focusing on what you don’t want and rather focus on what you do want.

* Affirmations help build mental discipline. As you learn affirmations and actually use them regularly, you are training your mind to a different way of thinking on a daily basis. You are learning how you can change your thought and how to keep it as you want. You are learning to take command of your thinking by directing it rather than allowing everything to be automatic.

* Affirmations help evolve your thinking in the direction you want. As you develop affirmations for yourself, you are thinking about and expanding your thinking in the areas that you want to play a greater role in your life. The more you work with developing affirmative and supportive statements, the more you will discover what is possible.

Now, maybe if your thinking is already 100% supportive of what you want in life, where you are going, and you never slip into any thought of doubt, worry and what you don’t like, you don’t need affirmations. Actually if this is the case, you have already assimilated the affirmation like thought into your everyday thinking. Your conscious mind is already always on the positive, supportive congruent thoughts of your ideal life as it is freely unfolding. For anyone else, affirmations can be a useful tool.

Affirmations are a wonderful tool for effecting your thinking, which is very important in your growth and development, as long as you don’t get stuck thinking that this is all you need to do. It takes more than just your thoughts to see results, but developing your thinking is key to your knowing the right actions to take, when and how to get the results you want.

An affirmation is a thought or any judgment we pass. Affirmations directly influences our sub consciousness which then directs it into a certain direction either leading to a positive or negative change in our lives. Affirmations can be related to anything such as weight loss, self-esteem, love or even helps discover artistic talents. Using the power of artist’s affirmations can help you discover your artistic and expressive side, which can help you not only in the realm of art, poetry, and the like, but also in relationships and in business.

Artist’s affirmations are different from ordinary person’s affirmation but you first need to figure out your creative self and what you are good at. Try to bring out your artist self by creating some artist affirmations such as ‘I am very creative’ or ‘I was born out of creativity’. Some are good at dancing, painting, acting and many more. The basic artist affirmation is to feel like an artist and pour out the emotions inside you. Feel the emotions and try putting those emotions in your work. When an artist has any affirmation, they actually love and respect their own thoughts and try their best to turn their thoughts into reality. Generic artist’s affirmations will work for some people, but for others, you need to be more specific when creating your artist affirmations.

To become a successful artist, an artist should get rid of any negative affirmations such as having a feeling of failure. The best way to get rid of negative affirmations for artists is to paint out their negative thoughts and then probably later destroy those paintings feeling that by destroying those paintings all the negative thoughts are destroyed along with the painting.

Secondly feel the energy of success with every affirmation you make. Successful artists always affirm that they is worthy of success. To become a successful artist, affirm on a daily basis to be more successful. This will help bring out true and successful artist in you. Also create works of art which express success, happiness, life full of energy and anything positive. An artist keeps these works to inspire him all the time. A successful artist not only affirms but also visualizes his affirmations. It is also important that very carefully artist hears his affirmations. Thus, make it a point to repeat your affirmations out loud to yourself, because this will enhance the experience.

Artist affirmations can be as generic or as specific as you’d like, however, in general, artistic affirmations should be general. Depending on your regular everyday speech patterns, creating an artist’s affirmation that states “I am creative when I paint” could be potentially harmful. This affirmation sounds exclusive, and as you come to believe in this artist’s affirmation, you may begin to believe that you are only creative when you paint. Thus, ‘I am a creative person’ would be better.

Many examples of artist affirmations are listed below and if practiced these artist affirmations regularly you will not only discover your creative self but also become a successful artist.

‘As I create and listen, I will be led’

‘Creativity is the creator’s will for me’

‘I am truly a gifted artist’

‘Through the use of a few simple tools, my creativity will flourish’

‘My creativity always leads me to success’

‘I am willing to create’

‘I am willing to learn to let myself create’

I hear of so many people using affirmations as the universal remedy for everything that ails them. They wake up in the morning and verbalize their affirmations. They go through their days verbalizing positive statements about situations and their lives. Then, they go to bed saying their affirmations like bed-time prayers.

I tried reciting affirmations for a while, but never quite understood how stating that ‘I choose to be rich’ would have any effect on my life as long as I sat in front of the television with a bag of chips. The problem was that, I wasn’t doing anything to give the affirmations a basis from which to operate. While an affirmation might have made me feel good, it certainly didn’t create the situations I needed to reach my goals.

If ‘affirmations’ are positive messages to my brain, to retrain it, and to the Universe, to let it know where you choose to be, then planned ‘actions’ provide a basis of reality on which the affirmations would function. This is where I began applying affirm-actions in my life.

— Positive Words —

For many years, affirmations have been considered the solution for many of life’s issues. Confidence, success, and power have claimed to have been gained through daily affirmations. But, many people with whom I’ve spoken say that affirmations do absolutely nothing for them. The problem lies in the fact that you must align your life such that the affirmations can ring true.

The core problem with repeating affirmations to ourselves is that, unless our conscious mind feels that the affirmations are true, it will not process the positive statements. Our conscious mind intercepts the information we are receiving, and filters unrealistic messages, or messages that contradict our belief systems, from the subconscious mind.

Have you ever repeated, as we’ve been taught, sometimes for months and even years on end, the simple sentence, ‘I choose to be wealthy’? Even though it might have made you feel good, were you actually wealthy, or did you become wealthy, at any time? For most people, the answer is ‘No’.

The reason is that your conscious mind was filtering that message as a lie. The conscious mind takes that information, wretches your ‘gut’, and echoes back, ‘Look around! Wake up!’ The good words were not even making it to the subconscious mind where it counts. As long as your conscious mind filters your affirmations as lies, then there is no amount of present tense affirming that can change what ‘you are’ into what ‘you are not.’

— Mixing Words with Actions —

To resolve this problem, you have to do two things: make a plan and change the wording of your affirmations. You not only have to have your subconscious mind involved to actively process your desires, but you also have to give your conscious mind a way to accept the ‘misconceptions’ of the affirmations. Instead of lying to yourself, make a plan and execute actions that support your affirmations. This is where affirm-actions come into play.

You must first make a solid plan that defines your vision, mission, and goals. This plan takes into consideration where you are and how to reach your vision. By making a plan and believing in the plan, you are empowering your conscious and subconscious mind with a weapon to overcome the negative feelings and beliefs that you currently have buried in your mind. This approach will open the channels of communications for your affirmations to make it into your mind.

The second part of the solution is to change the wording of your affirmations. You have to convince your conscious brain to process the misconceptions of the affirmations as truths. Since your conscious brain will filter out lies, you have to word the affirmations in such a way that it will appear as a ‘possibility.’ For instance, instead of saying ‘I choose to be wealthy’ or ‘I am wealthy,’ reword it to say ‘I will be wealthy.’ This is actually converting the ‘lie’ into a command to tell your brain where your plan is leading you.

As you can see, an affirm-action is a more assertive form of affirmation. Essentially, you are converting a baseless affirmation to one that is a possibility simply by associating it with an action. The affirmations then become factual, positive statements that ‘remind’ you of my vision and inform the universe that this is the direction you choose to go.

— What’s next? —

Positive words alone cannot change a world—your world. But, words combined with action can materialize a future of which, at one time, you could only dream.

The purpose of an affirm-action is not to try to convince yourself that you are something that you are not. It is not there to falsify your future or alter the things of the past. It is a way of using your experiences through an intelligent plan and reminding yourself why you’re working so hard along a given path to reach your vision. You are claiming your vision of the future, telling the universe that this is what you want, and going after it.

By combining actions with words, you are initiating a plan to show your conscious mind that you are indeed heading in the direction of your desires. When you begin using your affirmations, in conjunction with the actions, your desires are now making it past your conscious mind into the subconscious mind where it will be of greater use. This is where the soul can get an idea of what you’re doing and will help you get there.

There are two types of affirmations. Each type has two parts that make up the whole of it. Without acting upon this truth, our affirmation work becomes something other than effective. Let’s look at this. Affirmations are effective when they are repeated. Customarily, that repeating would look like us, finding a favorite affirmation, such as “My life now flows with money” and then repeating these words over and over, with the intention that more money manifests for us. Affirmations are associated with courses, classes, and conferences. They are used worldwide, and it is the practice of them that is effective. Yet whether we are aware of this or not, we are always practicing affirmations, twenty-four seven, either deliberately or by default. If we practice type one, the pre-programmed default type, then we get negative results. If we practice type two, through our deliberate practice, then we expect to get the results we expect to get from the particular affirmation we are practicing. We expect to have those results, even when at times we can’t figure out why our manifestations haven’t arrived yet. Here’s why!

Type one is an affirmation whose guidance for our energy is negative in nature. For instance, to say to ourselves, “I can’t do that” would be negative because its guidance leads us to not accomplishing what we set out to do. But it’s not only in the words that we are guided. We are also guided by how we feel when this affirmation comes up for us. We feel resigned, and it is that resignation, combined with the words that flow from that feeling called “I can’t” that makes this particular affirmation so effective. What it is affirming is that you are in that moment, creating the feeling of resignation, which then propels out the necessary words called “I can’t” which inform you of how you are feeling. Hence, this affirmation which affirms what you are creating, has two parts. One feels, and the other, thinks.

Because feelings come without words, this first part of any affirmation can be a subtle way that we trip ourselves up. If we don’t address this first part before we do any and all of our by choice affirmation work, then that work will not be effective. We will affirm, and then get frustrated over why what we told ourselves we wanted, just isn’t coming yet. Think about it. If feelings of resignation are the real source of “I can’t” then no matter what new words replace the old ones, that feeling still is there, and what you are doing is still feeling it, even though your words tell you otherwise! Now in doing so, you are caught up in trying to live a lie, that of telling yourself that you can, while feeling resignation, or that you cannot! How many times have you told yourself you are rich, when in truth you were not? How did this feel? Like you were lying to yourself? Well, you were! But take heart, there is an effective way to do our affirmation work that gets us through this very human dilemma. And it’s one that every single one of us, bar none, have to get through in order to be more and more effective with our affirmations.

How then, in the example provided, do we feel rich, when we are not? That’s easy, tell the truth! Truth aligns our energy, and lies disperse it. We want to do this because aligned energy all goes in the direction you desire it to go in, and dispersed energy just goes everywhere. The affirmed truth I had to tell myself about being rich, since it was my desire to become rich, wasn’t the lie that I already was rich. What I had to come up with was the truth, that “in every moment I am becoming richer and richer.” All the while knowing that my becoming was adding up to then being rich. In this way, if I found even a penny on the ground, this truth was affirmed. Because which part of a few million dollars is a penny not? Through this affirmation I was telling the truth now, and then teaching myself to tell the truth later. All aligned energy! My energy was the most effective as it was directed by my affirmation work, because it wasn’t being used to suppress feelings, or to fight a lie. All my energy was being used to “become richer and richer” in each moment.

What telling myself the truth did, was to have me feel good about myself and what I was doing, and that’s the important part of affirmation work. This is the first and most important part of the two parts of affirmations, that of having how you feel be aligned with the words you choose. In every case, there is some positive way you feel about what you desire to have, because you wouldn’t desire to have something if you didn’t feel good about it! For instance, with regard to relationships, you can say to yourself that you just “Love being in love” because you do! The fact that thinking about loving being in love feels good, will then attract that love to you. You don’t say “I am with my love” when you are not. That would be using your energy in misalignment. Alignment is the first part of feeling good about your affirming words, and then there are the words themselves, two parts, twice as effective.

In the case of positive affirmations, you have to find those words that make you feel good, because they are the truth. Because no matter what the words are, if you still feel the same as you always felt, resigned, or upset, or angry, then all the words in the world won’t shift your energy one bit. Angry feelings produce angry results, and angry money is always lost to those who manage to create it in this way. And people do. They create a lot of money through being motivated by either anger or fear, and then they promptly lose it. They lose it by either actually losing it, or by being so guided by anger that they never really enjoy what they have, and so are completely blind to their abundance. They feel poor, even though they are rich! And that feeling poor is a lie as well. I have worked with billionaires who were some of the poorest people in their minds that I have ever known. No amount of money will cure this kind of resignation, if the feelings behind your actions are not shifted. What shifts them? To begin to tell the truth, and then to continue to tell the truth.

Truth is, most of us desire to have more money. We like the freedom of choice that money gives to us. Or more love. We like the way being loved, and being in love feels. Or most of us desire more____________you fill in the blank! More seems to be our hard wired request, and it’s through affirmations that we feel we can have that more, in whatever form we desire our good to come in. We can have that more, and we can have it through the direction our energy is guided in by our affirmation work. But we can only do this if we pay attention to both parts of that work, the words and the feelings we are creating. Once we do that, then hold onto your hat, because the flow of good that comes our way will be so overwhelming, that there will be times when we have to deliberately slow it down just so that we can enjoy it as it comes. Now that’s affirmation work I can live with!

My Favorite Anxiety Ending Affirmation:

I am so happy and grateful now that I am living an anxiety and panic free life and am radiating with confidence!

How to Use Power Affirmations

Anxiety Help

What is the most effective way to use Power Affirmations? Here are a few suggestions.

Pick one or two affirmations and begin using them immediately. Do not wait until you create the perfect affirmations for your specific situation before you start using them. The future is now. Procrastination is the killer of success. Immediate action creates momentum. Repetition of positive thought sustains it. Do not base your choice by whether or not you already believe the affirmation or if the belief seems possible to you at this time. Repeating the power affirmations with emotional intensity and a feeling of certainty will eventually install the beliefs in your subconscious mind. At the very least, pick a generic affirmation like Every day in every way I am getting better and better. Then you can always choose or create other power affirmations later after you set specific goals. Resolve right now to start using affirmations within the next 60 minutes.

Write the power affirmation at least 10-20 times per day. For best results, write it down 10-20 times as soon as you arise and 10-20 times before you go to bed. This allows you to set your direction before the day starts and plant the seed in your subconscious mind before you go to sleep. If you do this consistently, you will naturally find this thought re-occurring in your mind several times per day. You will begin to notice the power affirmations shaping your other thoughts through the course of the day. As the power affirmations create more and more similar thoughts, you will create a direction and build momentum towards the desired results.

After you write the affirmation 10-20 times, repeat it aloud in front of a mirror 5-10 times. Anxiety Help is a process so repeating the affirmations aloud further installs the beliefs into your subconscious mind. It is very important to repeatedly both write and audibly state your affirmations for maximum effectiveness.

As you write and audibly repeat them, feel the emotional power of the affirmations in your body. Visualize yourself as having already created this result in your life. Feel the way you would feel if you already had this result in your life. Hear the things you will hear when this affirmation becomes an everyday reality. Breathe the way you would breathe if this affirmation were already true. Move your body as if this were already a conditioned belief.

Now let your positive thoughts of power and certainty guide your actions. Live consciously. Take complete control of your own mind rather than passively allowing the influences in the media control it for you.

Does this type of conditioning take time and effort? Absolute , on a daily basis. There is no something for nothing. This is where most people fail. They do not follow through with these steps every day for a long period of time. They get inspired for a few days after hearing a motivational speaker or after reading a book. Then, after the motivational high wears off, they fall back into their old habits. Or they get so busy that this is an easy item to ignore.

Event training through short seminars, is necessary and great. But Process Training, training that guides your every day habits, is the real key to sustained results. Process Training is achieved through sustained exposure to the learning material over a prolonged period of time. And it requires constant review and correction until the skill is installed as a subconscious habit (like how you learn to drive a car). Most people who think they can get all the information they need by attending a couple of seminars or listening to a best selling program one time will usually be disappointed. The information just goes by too fast to allow it to really soak in.

Why do you think we see the same commercials over and over again? Or hear the same slogan? It is because that advertisers know if they can get our attention for 30 seconds (or less), to watch the same commercial multiple times over a period of days, weeks, months, years, they know they can sell us billions of dollars of merchandise. Is it not time that you used the exact same technique to condition your mind on purpose? Take control of your mind and get anxiety help.

So, listening to motivational speakers on audio tape on a regular basis. Daily is one effective way to add process training to your life, however, many of the thoughts they communicate race by without having a chance to take root in either your conscious or subconscious mind. And there is often a lot of fluff just to get to the main points that will really change your life. It is much more difficult to take advantage of the power of repetition which is crucial to create long term results.

The Power of Power Affirmations

My Power Affirmations work whether I believe in them or not. I create new Power Affirmations for myself everyday. I repeat my Power Affirmations everyday with emotional intensity, certainty, and faith. My Power Affirmations allow me to consistently tap into the unlimited power of my subconscious mind. My Power Affirmations are now creating thought habits that will to guide me to my desired objectives easily and effortlessly. The more I repeat my Power Affirmations with a feeling of certainty, the more accessible these power beliefs are to me when I need them. I know that the repetition of affirmations is the easiest and primary method of voluntarily creating the emotion of faith. So I feed my subconscious mind thoughts of faith by repeating my power affirmations every day with emotion and physical energy. My thoughts are creative. Affirmations are a very healthy and natural way to bring happiness in our lives. An affirmation is a thought we think or words we say to our self. These thoughts and sayings are directly linked to our sub-consciousness which guides our consciousness in a certain direction. These directions can either lead to a positive or negative change. By listening to affirmations on CD, you can create positive change in your life every day through the use of the subliminal messaging power that the affirmations on CD can create.

Everyday we have thousands of thoughts and many of which we repeat over and over again. Everyone wants these affirmations to work positively for them but with our busy lives we are not able to give much thought to them or are not able to perform an affirmation technique successfully. For this reason many affirmation CDs are created and are easily available in the market.

Different affirmation CDs cover many areas of life, such as self-esteem problems, general positive affirmations, spiritual awareness, helping with a weight problem, gaining a healthy life, for happiness and many more are easily available. These discs are available from many online retailers, and many local hypnotists can also create a customized versions for you.

The price of these items on the internet is around $20. However, you can create your own affirmations on CD quickly and easily if you use special software to record your own voice. This is not anywhere near as difficult as it sounds. Once you have the software and understand the basics of writing positive affirmations, you can create a powerful disc in less than one hour. And, the best part of using your own software is that you can create custom subliminal messages to deal with your own particular problems, and you can make as many products as you would like.

To achieve your goals with these products, you need to listen to them many times a day. For example, when you get up in the morning, play the music while getting ready for work, school or any place you are planning to go. Also try listening to it while you are in your car, when you are a little bit distracted by the message. Listen to it during later part of the day as well and even before going to bed. While you work, play an affirmation CDs in the background as your subconscious listens to everything that plays around you. It is even suggested that if you listen to affirmation CD’s while you sleep, it also helps you achieve your goal as your subconscious listens to it while your mind is at rest.

The idea with affirmations on CD is to allow the messages to pervade your unconscious mind, which is best done when you are not concentrating on the music or the message itself. When you are distracted, you operate on autopilot, and that is when the unconscious mind is best able to be influenced. This is similar to what happens when you get a song stuck in your head; the song was likely heard on the radio when you were driving, or playing in the background when you were talking with your friend. Sometimes we don’t know exactly when the message will sink in, or even if it is happening. With subliminal messages and affirmations, there is a time delay. For the majority of people, change may not happen immediately, but it will happen over time. For others, they will notice a change right away.

Affirmations constantly need to be repeated over a period of time before affirmations can become effective. Patience is a main factor while following this regiment. It takes time for our mind to completely accept new positive affirmations and start believing them to be true. After this our conscious then guides us towards a goal which we have planned to achieve through these affirmations CDs. Reaching your goal can take from many week to months but affirmation CDs do, in fact, work.

Affirmations on CD are a very good choice and once you introduce them into your life, it will give you a positive result and change your life forever.
