Home Based Business – 7 Things To Do Before You Start Your Home Business

Home Based Business – 7 Things To Do Before You Start Your Home Business

These days, a lot of people are searching for a good work-life balance, and having a home based business is the popular option. The limitations of a full time nine to five job, demanding work commitments and commuting to the office have prompted a lot of people to look for an alternative way to earn money and live better lives. Home based businesses are trendy and people are now able to earn good money while working at home.

However, a lot of people contemplate the idea of starting a home business, but never get round to actually start one. Some people start a home based business, but fail to succeed and give up. In most cases these failures are because people have failed to plan for their home business before they start.

So, what must you do before you start your home business, if you want to succeed? You must do a lot of planning so that you can start the suitable home based business that you will enjoy working, and for which you will be committed. During this planning stage, you must ask yourself some critical 7 questions, outlined as follows:

1. What are your interests, talents, personal traits and skills? Assess the things that you enjoy, can do and are good at. Your interests and talents are the foundation for any successful home based business. Your skills, which you may have developed from your work or from your education, are also very important, and you need to see how you can take advantage of that and use that to develop a money making home based business.

2. How can your interests, talents and skills be turned into a business idea? Assess what type of home based business you can develop, based on your interests and skills. Everyone is good at something, everyone knows something. It may be a hobby, or it may be anything you are passionate about – think hard about how you can turn that into an idea for a home based business. Your home based business can potentially earn you a lot of money for the rest of your life, so you must enjoy working on it for the long term. This is why it is very important to have your home based business based on your interests and skills.

3. Can your home based business ideas work? A home based business must suit your personal circumstances and situations. Do not get too excited about a business idea without doing this ‘reality check’. Your home based business will require you to invest a lot of time and effort as well as money, so it is very important that you assess if your ideas are realistic, practical and feasible.

4. Can your home based business idea make you some money? Can you make some profits from this idea? This is the ultimate question you must answer before you do anything. You may be passionate about something, you may be very skilled at something – and therefore think that you can start a business based on this idea. But if you can not make money with the idea -then you can not start a home based business. Key things you need to assess are as follows:

· Is there a market for this service or product?

· Would there be people prepared to pay for this product or service? How much would they pay?

· How much would it cost me to develop this product or to bring this service to the market?

· Can I make enough income to live on?

· How long will it take me to work on this business before I can expect some profits?

So you will need to establish the profitability of your business idea. If it is not profitable, then do not do it simply because you are passionate about it. You want to make money, and not to have a hobby. It is important that you go through your list and assess the feasibility and profitability of each business idea. If there is more than one idea, create a short-list and do another thorough assessment of what would make you the most money, and therefore what you can pursue as a home based business.

5. What business planning do I need to do? This is very important, but a lot of people starting a home based business often underestimate the importance of doing some planning for their business. Preparing a business plan for your home based business will establish the viability of your idea – you will know your ‘key success factors’ – that which you must do to succeed. What are the opportunities? What are the risks and challenges? How much money and time or effort will I need to start and develop the home based business?

6. Who can I learn from? There is no point in trying to ‘reinvent the wheel’ or going through a long learning process, when you can quickly and easily learn from someone who has succeeded from a similar home based business. Get a mentor, or join a support group or forum of people involved in similar home based business. You will need a good support network of people who can teach you something that will make your business flourish, and also people who can keep you motivated in case you face some challenges along the way.

7. Am I committed to make it work? This sounds very obvious, but a lot of home based businesses fail simply because people are not committed, focused and dedicated to work very hard and see their business through. Your home based business will be your project for the long term, and you need to work on it consistently until it brings you the profits you want.

Simply do these 7 critical things before you start your business. Do your assessment and choose a business that you enjoy and that will earn you some money, and you will be on your way to prosperity!

Start Your Own Internet Business – Online Marketing Success for You As A Marketer

Before you buy one more internet training, or listen to one more teleseminar where they show you yet another way to earn a million dollars in the next 3 months! Stop… stop the insanity and evaluate exactly where you are and what you really need to do to get to the next level. Stop digging.

My name is Glenda Millette and I am a newbie…an internet newbie, to top that off a non-technical newbie! That’s like being hired to be a mechanic and not understanding how to change the oil. But the good thing is that there is hope for all of us newbies.

I believe that the first level of being a newbie is the greenhorn stage. Some other words for greenhorn are a novice, or a raw recruit, tenderfoot or beginner. I personally like the phrase raw recruit that is what the first year of the internet experience felt like for me. I was pretty well beaten up.

I had been a successful business woman working in the Interior Design Industry. I saw myself as a smart, self sufficient, intelligent woman. I thought it would be easy to switch from marketing myself the way I had been for the last 25 years to simply doing it a different way on the internet. After all I heard many stories of people making a lot of money on the internet.

I had a dream to teach more people how to use principles of design especially how to pick and use color in their homes. I wanted the ability to work virtually anywhere in the world and make unlimited income (the harder I worked the more money I made). The internet seemed to fit the bill.

In 2008 I started my business, and the first thing I did was to buy an expensive training course from a very successful and well know marketer. The information was good, but so far over my head that I was lost as soon as I opened the package and took the training manual out.

I was such a greenhorn that I thought I could make it work, after all if I hired the correct people to help me anything was possible. I hired a couple local webmasters; they had about as much understanding of this program as I did. They gladly took fifteen hundred dollars of my money to set up this site the way the highly successful marketer said it should be set up. It took three weeks and then I was up and rolling!

When I opened the site the next morning I had thousands, yes thousands of hits from Oprah. Two hours into the second day the hosting company closed down my account, and called me. They were not very happy. My webmasters had screwed up the site so badly it was impossible to fix and the hosting company said my business was not something they wanted anyway.

I didn’t stop there if throwing away $3,000 in the first 3 months didn’t work, then I must spend more money and get more training, and more training and more money spent. You get the picture within 6 months I was so confused, spend several thousands and felt so bad about myself not being able to do this business I quit.

Thank goodness that was not the “end of the story”. I found out how to get clarity and understanding about how to do this business, using simple and easy steps, finding great teachers along the way. My blog will chronicle the steps to do an internet business from start to success online.

How to Start a Local Animal Rights Group

How to Start a Local Animal Rights Group

If you feel helpless when it comes to animal rights, perhaps you should consider joining a local animal rights group, or if one doesn’t exist, start your own!

One of my favorite times of the month is I attend the local Animal Liberation meetings. It is a great chance to be around like-minded people and think of ideas to help animals. It is amazing how when we all put our heads together we can get things done. Jobs like making placards are so much more fun when you are in a group. You can also do things just for fun, like hold a vegan pot luck, or BBQ, making it a great chance to socialize.

Not only can you organize leaflet drops, stalls and protests as a group. You can also enjoy the company of other animal activists and feel good knowing you are taking action for something you believe in.

If you live in Australia you can check out Animal Liberation and Animals Australia websites to see whether there is already an animal action group in your local area. If you live elsewhere just Google animal rights organizations in your area and see what comes up. You can also contact organizations like PETA to see whether they can put you in touch with a local group.

If there is no group local to you, then you can start your own.

You may wish to contact a large organization such as PETA, so you can use their pamphlets etc for leafleting and join in their action network. The other option is to start your own general group and not affiliate with just one organization. Some people prefer to start a group specific to one area of animal activism. For example, an anti fur group or an anti-vivisection group. This is good for people who feel strongly about these issues, but not so much others.

Finding People to Join Your Animal Action Group

If you already have a group of friends who want to help animals then that is a great start, but ideally you want as many people to come together as possible to make the group really effective. Here are some ideas to promote your animal rights group:

Place an advert in your local paper - This is how I found out about the first animal rights group I joined. A simple classified ad. It barely costs anything and is totally worth it. Something like -

London Animal Rights Group Meeting (Date) at Town Hall.

Open to all animal lovers.

A great place to meet like-minded people and make a difference.

Snacks and drinks provided.

Gold coin donation. (Name and Phone Number)

It is a good idea to place an ad the week before every meeting and send out an email, so people don’t forget.

Leafleting – Design a simple leaflet informing people of the meeting. You can distribute this to local mail boxes. You can also ask shops whether you can display it in the window. Be sure to include a contact phone number/email and the time and place of the meeting.

Contact Large Animal Rights Organizations - Send PETA or your countries main animal rights group an email. They may be able to put you in contact with people in your area who want to help animals.

Word of mouth – Talk to people. Many people love animals and may not know that much about animal rights. Still they could add value to your group and you could help them learn more about animal rights.

How Often Do You Want to Hold a Meeting?

Organizing an animal action group does take work, so don’t set your sights too high to start with. Most people will not be able to attend a meeting every week. A Monthly meeting is a good place to start. You may want to hold the meeting on a weekday evening (around 7pm) or on the weekend. Choose one and then listen to your members to see what would work best for them (and you) in the future.

Book a Venue

Usually a local youth club, church or leisure centre will have rooms you can rent out for the meeting. You will probably not need much room to start with. If there is a place you can plug the kettle in that is great. Ask for a gold coin donation from members to help you pay, or talk to the venue and see whether they will give you a reduced price or a free room for the meeting.

When it comes to the day of the meeting put a sign on the door with your Animal Rights Group name, so people know they have come to the right placed.

Agenda

Plan an agenda of things to discuss. If people want to add things to the agenda they can contact you before the meeting.

You may want to schedule in some multimedia to make things more interesting. Animal rights DVDs are available from most organizations and could provide a great intro to the movement for newbies.

There will be debate – there always is and things will get off track. This is fine, but the agenda will give you a frame for the meeting.

Take Minutes

Jot down any ideas that the group comes up with in the meeting. You can then email the group a copy later (be sure to take everyone’s names and emails).

Make it your goal to plan at least one event every meeting, whether it is having people run a stall, leafleting or a protest. You can delegate jobs to others as well.

See whether you can get hold of leaflets, stickers etc from one of the major animal rights organizations. That way people can take them before they go home. After all a lot of people who come to the meeting may not have any idea of the cruelty involved in the dairy or meat industry. Be accepting and encouraging to these people and allow them to become informed. You should welcome all animal lovers who want to make a difference into the group.

Don’t Be Ashamed of Small Beginnings

So only two people show up on the first meeting? No worries – it’s a start! Be sure to give people leaflets with the meeting time and place for them to distribute if they want to. This will help publicize the meeting for next time.

No matter how small a difference you can make to the suffering of animals it still helps and it is worth it. Even if one person picks up a leaflet and decides to go veggie, that is a fantastic accomplishment.

So take action and make 2010 the year you really make a difference!

Self Improvement – Where to Start

Self Improvement – Where to Start

Self improvement is a process, whose stimulus is usually past failure, an unwanted experience like living from one pay cheque to another with no extra money to spend, bad lifestyles like being overweight, lack of self confidence or gambling, loss of a loved one, or an end to a relationship. The result is an improvement of your life, taking control, getting your life back to normal or creating the future you want. To put it in another way, getting the best out of yourself.

In order for someone to help themselves improve, they must first of all identify areas that need improvement in their lives, health, relationships, prosperity or whatever. There is also need to understand who they are, their capabilities, weaknesses and uniqueness and be honest about it. It will be useful to state these in writing and regularly refer to them so they remain focused.

Another important area to point out is for them to identify how they think they will be able to achieve their goal. So, a written action plan should then be put in place. This is achieved by self enrichment of their mind, character and attitude. It requires effort, patience, perseverance and commitment and this change does not come easily. Self-improvement e-books, home training programmes or life coaches are available online if one thinks they really need someone to help support them.

Self enrichment of mind, character and attitude are done by continuously exercising your mind with positive thinking. This is when one repeatedly tells themselves that they are just as good as anyone, can get better and can achieve anything in life. While this sounds easy, is the most difficult and yet a very important part of self improvement. This is so because of the way we have been raised, who we are, our values and beliefs. It is also the constant conflict with the subconscious mind that needs to be kept in check if one is going to achieve their goal of self improvement.

Another important area is goal setting. It is necessary that you start with short term, simple, easily achievable goals, possibly in a day, before you set big goals that will take you a while to achieve. Setting huge goals that take a while to see results usually bring in procrastination. To stay motivated, it is necessary that you set simple goals first.

Setting a routine and self discipline are the other skills required in achieving self improvement. These can not be emphasised enough as they have a huge impact on your success. Results can only be seen when you stick to them and they help you stay motivated as well. Identifying self defeating behaviours like doubting your own ability to achieve, the “I can not do this or this is for the rich” and addressing them permanently is also important. Rewarding yourself is also important when you have achieved even the simplest of your set goals. It will help you stay motivated.

It is worth noting also that self improvement is not an overnight thing but a process as already stated so stick with it, be faithful to yourself and remember, it is alright to slide back a bit. As long as you realise that you are falling behind and pick yourself up again, you will be able to achieve your goal of self improvement.

Creative Writing Confidence- 5 Powerful Ways To Kick Start Your Confidence As A Creative Writer

Creative Writing Confidence- 5 Powerful Ways To Kick Start Your Confidence As A Creative Writer

How confident are you in your creative writing right now, on a scale of 0 to 10?

If 0 is “I can barely write a word without analysing and criticising it” and 10 is “I can’t stop writing, my confidence is overflowing and has never been higher”, where would you say your confidence in your writing is about now?

If you answered 8 or 9 or 10, then that’s fantastic. Whatever you’ve been doing to get your creative writing confidence to this high level, keep up it up, it’s obviously working well for you.

If your confidence is only 5 or 6 out of 10, or less, then keep reading for 5 powerful ways to kick start your confidence as a writer:

1. Start a small creative writing project – and finish it. Often what drains our confidence is starting ambitious writing project after project, and never getting far with any of them.

Instead, pick something small, something you can begin and end in an hour or two, and feel that satisfaction of seeing a project through every stage.

2. Remember what you’re capable of. We all have creative writing we’ve done in the past that we’re proud of, however well or otherwise our current work is progressing.

Compile a “Greatest Hits” collection of the 5 pieces of writing you’ve been most proud of in your life so far.

3. Pick 20 creative strengths. The fact that you’re a writer at all takes a lot of courage, creativity and commitment. So there’s 3 great strengths you have: courage, creativity, commitment.

List another 17 (or more!) creative strengths you have. If a stranger were to ask your best friends and family what your strengths are, which 20 would THEY list?

4. Keep a Significant Steps journal. Get a notebook and write in it each time you make a step forward in some way with something you’re writing.

It’s easy to forget how far we can come, how we develop as writers, and how much we write, so keeping a journal of our progress can be very valuable in reminding us.

5. Write just for the pleasure of writing. It’s easy to get sucked into large writing projects and get lost, forgetting that writing is supposed to be enjoyable for us!

Write something without attaching an outcome to it, or expecting to have an amazing “product” at the end of it. Write just to enjoy writing.

These are 5 great ways to kick start YOUR creative writing confidence today.

Which one are you going to pick to work on first?

Two Questions to Ask Before You Start Writing

Two Questions to Ask Before You Start Writing

If you want to intimately connect with people through written words, you need to start with insight into exactly who you are writing for.

To go straight for hearts and minds, avoiding the objective detachment of segments and stakeholders, think of someone you know who is typical of this group or make up a fantasy person. Then ask yourself:

What gets her up in the morning?

What keeps him up at night?

Sure, there are lots more questions you can ask. But if you can figure out the answers to these two, you can get inside the head of this person and like-minded people. That’s how you attract a tribe.

Recently I used these questions to help me prepare for a speech to a large local chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Because I’m a communicator and friends with many others, the answers come easily.

Here are some of my answers.

As a communicator, what gets me up in the morning?

The thrill of being part of the action. I first felt this one day when I was lugging news releases to the press gallery of our provincial legislature. I still feel that rush when I’m asked for my opinion from big players in business, nonprofits or anywhere that counts.

The satisfaction of helping people. I’ve always felt good about writing things that help people make sense of the world. When I write about an IT project, for example, I know the information is reducing the stress of the employees who will be affected.

Creative stimulation. Working with words, strategizing, coming up with ideas, matching them with images, media. Imagining, risking, testing, refining. I love it.

As a communicator, what keeps me up at night?

Worrying that I won’t get everything done. That it won’t be good enough. That I’ll make a serious mistake. Like those nightmares when I’m writing an exam on a subject I know nothing about. Or I’m presenting in my underwear.

Difficult people. The nasty one who sneaks a dagger into the meeting room. The stupid ones who insist they’re right. Fortunately, these people are way outnumbered by the terrific ones.

Feeling behind the times because I don’t have an iPhone, don’t know how to use Photoshop and am not obsessed with Twitter.

From the response I received to my speech, I knew had hit some deep, sensitive targets.

This approach also works well with corporate writing. Take the example of an employee announcement of an IT imitative. First, think about the group who will be the most dramatically affected, say employees in the call center.

Maybe you know one personally. If not, probably you’re an astute enough observer of human nature to figure out that the guy in the call center loves talking to people and solving problems. But he’s losing sleep over fear that the phone robots will replace him.

So you know what gets him up in the morning and what keeps him up at night.

Now the conversation can begin.

Should You Start A Home Based Business?

Should You Start A Home Based Business?

Whether or not to start a home based business is probably one of the most important questions that you will ever have to answer. If you are even seriously pondering the question in the first place, then it probably means that there are circumstances in your life which are causing you to consider undertaking a venture which will have a significant and far reaching impact on your own life and on the lives of your immediate family memebers as well. Before you take a leap of faith into becoming a small business owner, there are a few areas of your life which will be impacted and which you should seriously consider before coming to any final decision as to whether or not a home based business is right for you.

FINANCIAL

Starting your own home based business can have many financial rewards and put you in control of your own financial future. However, there are a few things to consider before beginning your undertaking.

First, will you start your home based business on a part time basis and keep your day job until you are making enough profit to enable you to quit and devote your full attention to your business? Or would you rather quit your day job now so you can devote your full time and energy to building your business? There are pros and cons to both approaches and only you can decide which one you will feel most confortable with in the long run. If you have enough savings to meet your living expenses for a good six months to a year then it might be worthwhile to quit your day job to focus on growing your business. You’ll see results a lot faster and that will give you the momentum you need to keep going. Starting a home based business requires a lot of up front work and if you are doing it on a part time basis it is easier to get discouraged when the results don’t materialize as quickly as you had originally planned. On the other hand, having a full time income will enable you to spend more on your business without having to worry about meeting monthly living expenses.

You will also have to set a start up budget for your business as well. Any home based business will require some start up costs, even if they are only minimal at first. For example, if you are going to be doing business on the internet, you will need to register your domain name and pay a monthly fee to have your website hosted. Domain names can be registered for as little as $7.00 and monthly hosting can be obtained for a minimum of about $25.00. You’ll also need to determine how much money you are going to devote to advertising your new venture. While there are some very good ways to advertise your business for free, eventually you are going to have to lay out some money to advertise if you hope to see the kind of profits that will make your online business worthwhile. While we are not talking about massive amounts of money here, a few hundred dollars would be a reasonable sum to get some quality advertising to promote your business and allow you to start making some sales which will generate even more cashflow to reinvest in your business.

PERSONAL

Most people who are interested in starting their own home based business cite personal reasons as one of their primary motivations. It seems that more and more people are getting fed up with corporate America these days and it’s no secret that the average workday continues to get longer and longer, lunch hours become nonexistent, and the financial security that once came with retirement is no longer a reality for most people. Not only does having your own home based business put you in charge of your own financial future, it also allows you to start spending real quality time with your family. Most people are so exhausted at the end of a typical workday that just getting through dinner without nodding off is a real challenge. With a home based business, you control the hours you work and you automatically add at least one or two additional hours to your day that you would otherwise spend commuting to and from work.

Of course, getting your family adjusted to having you working from home may take some effort in the beginning. If you have very small children at home it can be a challenge to keep them out of your office while you are trying to get work done. If you are the primary caretaker, you will need to work in small spurts throughout the day while the kids are napping or watching a video and then put in a few hours after they go to bed for the night. Once they are in school, the routine becomes a lot easier because you can adjust your schedule around their schoolday and have most of your daily work completed by the time they get home from school.

Life can sometimes be a series of tradeoffs, so spending all that quality time with your family also means that you’ll no longer have the social interaction that was once a part of your 9 to 5 routine. Now that you have a home based business, you will have to go out of your way to gain some of that same social interaction. Joining local small business organizations is a great way to make new friends, network and have your business become known in your local community. Alot of these organizations have weekly or monthly meetings with guest speakers at either a breakfast or afer work social event. In any case, socializing will now become a great way to network and spread word of mouth about your new business venture.

MOTIVATION

You have to be motivated to start any home based business. This motivation is twofold. I am talking here about both the internal drive to take action and get your business off the ground, as well as the vision you have in your head of what your business will eventually look like once it is established and what it is you want to accomplish with your business.

A home based business can bring many financial rewards, but alot of people will get discouraged with the up front work that is required to get any business off the ground. I have often heard an analogy used by folks who do business on the internet that I like a lot because I think it is so accurate. The analogy is that starting a home based internet business is like a rocket taking off. For those who are not NASA afficionados, a rocket apparently uses something like 80% of the energy that it will use during it’s entire mission just during those first few minutes of liftoff. That momentum then helps carry it throughout the rest of it’s journey. It’s a lot like that with a home based business. It takes alot of up front energy, but one day you realize that the hardest part is over and you’ve created enough momentum to help make it easier from now on in. You have to have the motivation to get through those early days, otherwise you’ll never create the kind of momentum that you need to see yourself through.

You’re also going to need to identify your motivation in terms of what it is you want to accomplish with this business of yours anyway. Do you have a great idea or product that you want to promote? Most people actually don’t, and that’s okay. Selling your own product is often thought of as the most lucrative way to make money on the internet, but you can still make quite a bit of money by finding other people’s products and promoting those as an affiliate. That means for every sale you make, you get a commission. And you can also generate residual income for yourself by recruiting other people to become affiliates under you. But no matter which way you go, you have to like what you’re doing and what you’re promoting. Starting a home based business will not bring the financial rewards you are hoping for if you are not doing something that makes you feel energized, excited, challenged and, perhaps most importantly, that you are providing a worthwhile benefit to those people who are buying your product or service.

Well, I certainly hope those few points have given you enough to ponder as you go through the process of deciding whether or not a home based business is right for you. I hope you come to the conclusion that it is, because there is no better way that I know of to take control of your own financial future. If you don’t take the bull by the horns and do it for yourself, nobody else will. But don’t forget to have fun along the way. Pick a home based business that you’ll look forward to tending to day in and day out and that benefits other people in some way, and I promise you that the financial rewards will follow……

Home Internet Business Start Up Ideas For Online Success

Starting a home internet business can be an exciting yet daunting experience and in order to help you achieve online success here are some ideas to help you understand the start up process.

Most, in fact all I am sure, who start an internet home business do so for the sole purpose of making money. Whether it is to generate some extra income from home or to eventually build an internet business to the point where you can quit your day job and work full time from home.

Bearing this in mind, it is only logical then that at the outset all you are thinking of is making money very quickly with your new home internet business. Disappointment soon sets in when you are not seeing the immediate returns you expected. You realize that your dreams of buying a Ferrari or Porsche next month are not going to materialize!

This is the reason a lot of people quit their home internet business in the very early stages. Either their expectations were far too high or they were just not aware of what it actually takes to build and profit from an online home business.

Consider this scenario for a moment. What is actually happening the minute you sign off the architect’s drawings for your new business premises? You are giving the architect the official go-head to appoint a builder to start building your new multi-storey office block. The building process could take a few months to complete, only then can move in, start marketing and only then start generating income from that business.

This is similar to what happens the moment you sign up for an internet home business program. Your business does not automatically appear on the first page of the search engine results. Nobody at this stage even knows that your business exists. You have to make that happen. You now have to start the exciting part of building your home internet business and learning the internet marketing process as you go along in order to make your presence felt on the internet.

By understanding this point you will realize that it takes a while to start seeing any return from your online home business. There is plenty of work to be done before the money starts rolling in.

This is why you will often read about starting an internet home business with a *never quit* attitude and *doing whatever it takes for however long it takes* to achieve success. You will be setting yourself up for success instead of disappointment if you truly adopt this attitude at the start up.

Treat your home internet business as a proper business, whether you just want to earn a little extra money or enough for total financial freedom. Start setting short, medium and long term realistic goals. Put these ideas and a business plan in place so that you know exactly where you are heading. Be patient, yet determined and totally committed. Work hard and commit to spending so many quality hours a day on your business without fail.

You are going to make mistakes, so get stuck in and make them early and learn from them. Be prepared to meet challenges along the way. This is all part of the business building process.

The time that your business takes to grow is going to depend on how long it takes you to get through the learning curves and implement the training as well as how many hours of quality work a day you have set aside to build your business.

This is why the growth phase of an internet business is different for everyone, hence the reason it is very difficult to answer the question: “When will I start making money?”

You need to give yourself as well as your business a chance. You don’t just dig the foundations and quit. You don’t stop once the walls are up; you carry on building and throw the slab for the next storey. Keep reminding yourself of the commitment you made to yourself at the start up and keep building your home internet business until you achieve online success. Good luck, keep building, it is worth it.

Broken heart, hurt and loneliness are three perfect ingredients, which, when mixed together, make our lives dull and miserable. These three things can easily take over our lives and once part of our lives we can see nothing but unhappiness. Very little do we know that we can become happy again and learn to appreciate the feeling of love again through love affirmations. A love affirmation is a simple statement that we continually say to ourselves, which, over time, can help to bring about permanent changes in our lives.

Love affirmations help us to rediscover the love we have lost. An affirmation is a thought that we have during the day which is directly linked to our sub-consciousness. These love affirmations guide our sub-consciousness into a certain direction which can either have positive or negative effective.

To bring about a change in our lives through love affirmation we first need to start thinking positively and wave a good-bye to all our negative thoughts which leads to a unhappy life in the first place. For example instead of ‘nobody loves me’ start thinking ‘everybody loves me’. The key behind reuniting with love is to start loving yourself in the first place and feel confident about you. Adopting a positive love affirmation about yourself such as ‘I was born out of love’ can be very helpful in helping you regain your self esteem after a breakup or a rough fight.

Secondly change your attitude towards others. Respect their feelings and think that everyone deserves love just like you do. Once you adopt this love affirmation, love will find you. You will no longer see life as miserable but will find it to be filled with love.

Wording used in love affirmation is of great significance. Only use words that are simple and can be easily accepted by your mind, only then will power of love affirmations work. Preferably try to use word ‘love’ when making use of a love affirmation. Something along the lines of ‘I am worth loving’ or ‘I will find my true love’ or ‘I am committed to loving …’ are all good examples of love affirmations.

Love affirmation can not only be used to find love for yourself but it is also about discovering God’s love. For example thinking ‘I will love others as extensions of my own Self, and of the love I feel from God.’ will draw you nearer to God and His universal love.

Love affirmation also helps you understand your companion and builds a strong bond between couples. Even to find romance you first need to find your inner-love which can only be achieved through love affirmation.

Love affirmation can also be used to draw ourselves closer towards nature. Learn to love nature and most importantly spend time with nature more often. Try thinking about good things such as ‘I love the smell of fresh flower’ or ‘I feel refreshed’.

To get used to love affirmation, note down any positive thought you have during the day maybe on a piece of card or whichever way is convenient to you. During initial stages of love affirmation technique we might get negative thoughts as well. Note these negative affirmations as well and at the end of each day try replacing them with something more fruitful thought. Review your affirmations twice a day to have a maximum effect of love affirmation. Initially it takes time to step out of a dark miserable world but once you succeed in taking a step nothing can stop you and with the help from repeated love affirmations you will ultimately stop at nothing but love.
